This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with what you send us, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only. Work we do for a client is covered by the agreement we make for that project.
Who we are#
Rava Productions is a content production team at Plaza 22, Hilltop Commercial, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. For anything in this policy, email ravaproductions.official@gmail.com.
What you send us#
The website has no accounts and no forms. When you contact us, you do it through WhatsApp, a phone call or email, so we receive whatever you choose to send: usually your name, your number or email address, and your message.
We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We do not sell it.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will reply.
Analytics#
To understand which pages people visit, this site can use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. When they are switched on, they record page views and when someone taps a WhatsApp button, along with the page and the position of the button. This helps us see where enquiries come from. Both services use cookies or similar technology, and their use of that data is set out in Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy.
You can block these with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. The site works the same without them.
The map on the contact page#
The contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Your theme choice#
If you switch the site to dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is never sent to us.
Hosting#
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes standard request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Other websites#
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy#
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
